In my recent post PINAKA MK2 GUIDED VERSION SUCCESSFULLY TEST FIRED ( POST LINK) I told about how DRDO with ARDE have converted the PINAKA MK2 an unguided multiple rocket launch system into a precision weapons in a short span of time.
Yesterday the guided PINAKA MK2 was successful test fired for the second time from launch complex III of Integrated Test Range.
According to sources the mission met all objectives and the flight path of the projectile ( rocket ) was tracked with help of radars and sensors at ITR complex.
Defence minister Manohar Parikkar have congratulated both army and developing organisations ( DRDO ARDE etc) for the successful testing.
