Today at 09:35 am a Pakistani sniper attacked and fired along LOC and Indian army which is now on OFFENSIVE-DEFENSIVE stance gave a befitting reply. BSF has claimed that in retaliatory firing atleast 7 Pakistani rangers have been killed.
Pakistani sniper targeted the Indian posts in Hira Nagar sector of J&K.The firing from Pakistan side which injured an Indian soldier whose condition remains critical was dealt with proper retaliatory firing from Indian side and in the same 7 Pakistani rangers are said to have died.
Also an infiltration bid was foiled last night in which 1 terrorist was killed and army sustained no casualties. 4 to 6 terrorist were trying to infiltrate with the help of cover firing from Pakistani rangers and they were engaged by Indian forces. 1 terrorist was killed in process and others returned back to Pakistani side.
In recent times we have seen that Indian army under the strong leadership has not backed down and has locked horns with the enemy. Although India has sticked to NO FIRST STRIKE APPROACH (same as we have for nukes) but it has also been more aggressive in defending Indian borders.
